Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Any sale item or item purchased as part of an offer is not eligible for return, and we do not accept returns for change of mind.

For damaged or defective products received at delivery, please return them using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges of products within 7 days of purchase with the original sales receipt if the product is defective or of an incorrect size. Articles must be unworn, unaltered, and tagged. Undergarments, fragrances, Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears, Stationery, Baby Care Items and promotional merchandise are non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

We don't refund orders. However, we do offer exchanges.
